About the event
Jacksonville, FL — July 24, 2026 — She Speaks Solutions presents Men and Their MENtals™, a transformative community event dedicated to creating safe, authentic spaces for men to speak openly about mental health. Taking place on July 24 at The Cookbook (1827 N Pearl Street), the experience invites men from all walks of life to engage in honest conversation, connect through shared experiences, and access meaningful wellness resources.
Guided by the message, “Speak on it. Heal from it.”, the event challenges long-standing stigmas around vulnerability while reinforcing a critical truth: success does not eliminate struggle.
The evening is designed as a three-part immersive experience:
Safe Space Shots (5:30–6:30 PM): Facilitated conversations and guided icebreakers that encourage openness, trust, and real dialogue.
Food Demonstrations (7:00–8:30 PM): Interactive culinary sessions that combine nourishment with connection, using food as a bridge for conversation.
