My name is Tammara James
My name is Tamarra James, and I am the Secretary on the Board of Directors for She Speaks Solutions. I have been in this role since June 2021 and continue to strive to educate and collaborate with others on how we can make an impact within our communities to educate on the matters of mental health.
My passion and focus has always been to provide ministry and outreach to our underprivileged communities. I currently work at Ultimate Medical Academy as an Interview Specialist where I prepare future graduates for career success in the medical field. I have my Associates of Science-Healthcare Management from Ultimate Medical Academy and working towards completing my Bachelor of Arts-Health & Human Services from Saint Leo University.
Outside of She Speaks Solutions, I also am a Guardian Ad Litem for the State of Florida where I assist in advocating for our youth in the foster care system and working on my own non-profit organization which will provide resources to the children who age out of the system the opportunity to learn ways of transitioning into adulthood. Other organizations I also am affiliated with are: NAMI, Hillsborough where I am a Youth Facilitator, as well as Metropolitan Ministries and Habitat For Humanities-Pasco, where I am a volunteer.
